Yes, in most cases. We plan compatibility and integration as part of your system design, so other manufacturers’ equipment works alongside OptiGrid™.
Can I add to OptiGrid™ later?
Yes. Because the system is modular, you can add capacity and new features as your energy needs or your operations change.
Do I need energy expertise to run OptiGrid™?
No. Day-to-day energy management is largely automated. We handle system design, compatibility and commissioning, and our team supports you whenever you need us.
Can I make money from my spare capacity?
Yes. Once your own needs are covered, you can use spare capacity on the electricity market. How that works depends on your site and which markets you take part in, and we’ll talk you through the options.

Safety and reliability have shaped our technology from the start, when we first built batteries for Avant’s electric loaders. Every Avant Power energy storage system uses immersion cooling, which keeps batteries at the right temperature in harsh weather and protects them from dust and moisture. We keep critical battery and system expertise in-house, design every integration ourselves and use secure data connections.
