About us
Helping organisations
take control of their energy
We combine microgrids, energy management and battery storage into systems that work, so you get the power you need and stay in control of it.
When businesses can electrify safely and profitably, without relying entirely on the grid, the whole of society can keep running and moving forward. That’s essential if the energy transition is going to succeed.
We’re part of Avant Group, an international, family-owned Finnish group. Behind us are decades of experience in developing, manufacturing and selling industrial products.
MissioN
We make energy a manageable resource as society electrifies.
Vision
An electrified society that runs smoothly and keeps moving forward.
Our story
We like to do things ourselves. That’s where Avant Power’s story begins.
When we couldn’t find a battery that was safe and reliable enough for our group’s electric Avant loaders, we built our own.
We still work that way. We only develop energy solutions we’re prepared to take responsibility for. We create our own technology, design our own systems and manufacture our own battery modules in Ylöjärvi, Finland.
Avant Power was founded in 2022 as part of Avant Group, a Finnish family-owned group. Our sister companies are Avant Tecno, maker of the Avant compact loaders known around the world, and Leguan Lifts, which makes Leguan aerial work platforms. Both use our OptiTemp® technology in their batteries.
